Eligibility
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery or collection.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders or parts installed in equipment cannot be returned.
Products damaged by improper use are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
